Hello,
currently I have a problem with placing calls where the first few seconds are missing. Here is what the user is experiencing:
1. Extension 60 places a call, its ringing.
2. Callee picks up, and greets Ext. 60 with "Hello this is callee".
3. Ext. 60, hears that ringing stopped, yet doesn't hear "Hello this is callee".
4. So naturally Ext. 60 asks "Hello? Anybody?"
5. Callee answers "Yes it's me, callee"
The conversation continues without any problems, lags or anything. It's just that the first few seconds are missing. Which is anoying.
Now here is the kicker:
I started automatically recording the conversations, and in the recording I can hear the full conversation. There are no missing sections.
