Last July I upgrade from v18 to v20 and it was messy. First try it failed with debian 11 installed, so I had to restore the backup and try again. The second attempt worked, but I couldn't logon to management console. It's been working so I have just be going with it but I want to fix this now so I can logon to admin before I need to. When I restored and did the upgrade the second time, I think I used the backup from before I made the v20 necessary requirements.
Before I delete my instance and redo everything. Is there an way to fix my extensions from the debian console? I can logon to the console with root of my host. My setup is 1 person (me), 2 extensions for 2 desk phones. Extension 00 was suppose to be my owner account with email [email protected]. Extension 01 is my everyday deskphone and IOS with [email protected].
If I try to do the forgot password for my 00 or 01 extension, no emails are received. Voicemail to email is turned off for both extensions because 00 voicemail is turned off and 01 voicemail only used IOS to check those.
Is there an simpler fix than wiping and redoing?
