I am using 3CX 11, with CISCO SPA 504G phones.
Under forwarding rules for the phones I have the 'if the call is not answered within' field set to 600 seconds.
My issue is that if an extension rings another extension or an external number rings in and no one picks up the phone after 60 seconds the phone ends the call by either sending the call to voicemail or disconnecting it depending on what I have set in the forwarding rules for the extension.
If I set the 'if the call is not answered within' field to less than 60 seconds it works fine.
Nothing appears in the Event Log, But this is what is in the activity log:
hoping someone has seen this before and would appreciate any help
