I am experiencing an issue with outbound calls and SMS in 3CX. When I attempt to call or send an SMS to a number starting with 1-587, the call does not go through, and messages are not delivered. However, when dialing numbers starting with 1-403, calls connect successfully. Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?
Additionally, I would like to modify the Caller ID settings so that when I make a call, the recipient sees my extension number instead of the official phone number. Could you provide guidance on how to configure this setting?
