Something changed and we noticed today that the calls are not coming in correctly through Flowroute. Upon checking when I call a DID and it set to ring an extension 3CX will just make up a line 1000 and hand it over to the main number. I have checked every setting in 3CX and there is nothing that has an 1000 extension or a rule to transfer calls to the main line if you call that DID. I did read on Flowroute that back in March 2023 3CX now expects a ring stance and you no longer need to use SIP registration but set a route to the HOST, in this case our hosted 3CX. I've done that and it doesn't passes the call from the carrier to Flowroute.

Does someone have a setup guide to verify the settings of our Flowroute and 3CX?

Your inbound parameters are configured as per below screenshot?

Yes, my setting for inbound were incorrect now inbound works. Also, when I try to dial out from the web client the call starts it drops. Do you think the outbound settings are off too?

Regarding outbound calls, do you see any errors in the Event Log?

Please note that you still do need to use SIP registration with your Flowroute account as it is a prerequisite for rInstance.
If you have switched to IP based then that is probably why your outbound calls are not working.
