Flowroute - Cannot make international calls to some numbers

For a few days now, some international calls with flowroute have started to fail with error 500. US calls and other calls to the same country go through just fine. I have already checked the known related settings in flowroute: Destination country is whitelisted and international calls are enabled. I also have a positive balance in the account and SIP registration is active. No visible issues.

Any suggestions? I have also opened a ticket with flowroute.

In case some of the numbers when calling out are working and others don't, is best to see and get the feedback from the provider, and see what they have to say.

I have finally been able to resolve this issue with flowroute support.
