I don't know if this is right place to post this topic, but it is related to "general help", so it can land here i think.
I'm very confused with FOP2 addon. When I have installed in in the past I had bought the licence directly form asternic and made installation from sources. I also could get help directly from FOP2.
Now we can install the fop2 module just by 1 click using adddon market in elastix. And if we do this in this way "there is nothing else to do" (this is quoted from fop2 help forum).
When we bough licence via palosanto shop we also will be directed with any issues to the Palosanto instead of asternic.
I want to buy the license, but where to get help for this product now?
When I will install it from tallbar it is not integrated as a module with elastix and any issues with login etc. are redirected from fop2 forum to the elastix forum. But elastix forum is not very helpfull in this issue.
For now I have installed fop2 from modules and I have no any function active in the fop2 panel. I don't know if they will appear in the panel when I will buy the license, or should be active right now - this is not documented well in elastix module description.
What to do now? Buy license and panel will become active? What if not? Look for help in the forum or Palosanto?
Is there any description how to use support for paid addons bough via Palosanto shop?
Could somebody clarify me, how paid addons are supported? Directly by developers or via elastix/palosanto?
