Hello,

I just recently setup a 3CX Phone System, I am able to received calls and I can I can hear the person and they can hear me as well,
however. when employees are trying to call out they just hear a busy signal and a error message that said Forbidden (Message is showing in the IP Phone and on the App as well)
While looking at the Verbose Logs this is what it shows:

I am adding **** to some personal information for privacy .

Looks like they are rejecting the call. If the sent number looks to be in the correct format, it may be the caller ID you are sending.

Thanks for replying, can you help me on how to check if the Caller ID is in the correct format?

have you at minimum created one outbound rule to be able to make outgoing calls?
Without a rule the calls are only internal and you get forbidden messages if you try to call outside

Yes, I have created a outbound rule. please find the config below.

You could try putting a caller ID in the outbound rule, which would over-ride anything else that is being sent. As I recall, it should be in the +1NXXNXXXXXX format for North American numbers. If that works, then you need to check what caller ID is set against the extensions, and correct it.
