forward call to sip address

hi there,

Can I forward an incoming call to a public address such as sip:[email protected] ?

When I set a SIP address in the users forwarding rules "External number or Skype ID" the call is not forwarded but instead answered by the users Voicemail msg? Should this work ?

We are running the latest Version 9.0 SP4 of 3CX
