Forward Calls to Mobile

We have a customer that wants to forward/twin calls from 3cx to their mobiles.

The issue is it brings the number of the phone system so if they miss a call they cant dial back.

Is there a way to do this?

Hi there.
So you want to send the number of the person who calls in?

For that, you will need to modify the outbound parameters of the system and have it set to send the Originator variable in the correct SIP filed that your provider expects.

Also to add here, IF the provider allows this. Some providers do NOT allow forwarding of Caller IDs that are not assigned to your account.
