Forward - Phone is busy

Hi,

The Forward Rules do not work on Ring Groups? If my line that included in Ring Group is busy does not forward to another extension.

I believe that the ring group options override individual line options when it comes to things like forwarding. You wouldn't want someone (in a ring group) to forward their extension to a mobile (that happened to be turned off), and have the call go directly to that mobiles voicemail, when it should have been answered by one of the other extensions in the office.
