Hello.
I have a VoIP number connected to a 3CX system with 9 ip phones. An internal number (800) is connected to a SPA 3000 and this is connected to a ATA router of my provider.

If some phone's not answer the call is forward to 800 and the ATA ringing... but now i want to call a mobile phone via PRTG line.

How can i configure the SPA3000? Anyone help me?

The fact that you have an SPA3000 creates a number of questions. that device allows a 3CX extension through the FXS port on the device. But, it also allows the use of the FXO port to connect to a PSTN line? there are a lot of options that allow the interaction of the two. Is the SPA3K local to the PBX?

Does this mean that when on an extension call (FXS), you want to do a 3-way call out on the FXO line (PSTN) connected to the 3K ?
