Forwarding Calls to External Number Causes Number Selection of Digital Receptionist to Stop Working. Whereas if I dial the number directly the selection works. This is necessary as we wait for a porting to complete of our numbers.

You might need to talk with your SIP provider (or the whole chain of providers) to determine a codec or other tuning that allows DTMF to be relayed properly via them.
