Hi there!

Just wondering if anybody knows how to resolve the error below?

19:20:31.433 [CM503020]: Normal call termination. Reason: Forbidden
19:20:31.433 [CM503016]: Call(76): Attempt to reach <sip:[email protected]:5060> failed. Reason: Forbidden
19:20:31.433 [CM503003]: Call(76): Call to sip:[email protected]:5060 has failed; Cause: 403 Spoofed From-URI Detected; from IP:91.151.2.130:5060

It occurs when an extension is set to forward to an external number. The call in question is coming in through the same provider as it is being forwarded out of - I'm speaking to the provider but I'm hoping somebody has had the same issue and found a fix!

Many Thanks

Oli.

If you want the number to continue to be forwarded, then the "fix' will have to be from your provider as they are doing the blocking. The only alternative is to block all outgoing forwarded numbers on the off-chance that one is a number held by your provider. If they allow you to send your own numbers out then perhaps they will make an exception when you explain the situation, maybe. Perhaps they can just suppress the outgoing number if they recognise it as "one of theirs".
