Hope someone can throw me a bone...

V15 Pro box...

A Queue call gets answered by OperatorA who then forwards the call to OperatorB.

If it's a blind transfer, the originating CallerID is displayed on OperatorB's handset and the call history on OperatorB's handset also shows the originating CallerID, great.

It it's an attended transfer, OperatorA's extension shows on OperatorB's handset until the call is transferred through to OperatorB, then the display on OperatorB's handset will show the originating CallerID, again, great, however the history for this call shows not the originator's CallerID but OperatorA's.

My client is asking if the history can show it as the originator's CallerID for both transfers.

Any ideas ?

Handsets are Yealinks with uptodate 3CX compat firmware.
The call logs within 3CX do show the originating CallerID as being the callee on the last leg of the call so it's possibly a Yealink issue.

Hello @fireflyuk

Please note that this is the default behaviour for all phones not just Yealinks. On attended transfer the phones history will only display the number of the extension that made the transfer. In the PBX call logs you can see both legs of the call.

Hi,

We have this week deployed 3CX v15 pro our call centre which is just softphone deployment. We have come across this problem too, it's a real bummer! Blind transfer and you get all the caller details transferred. Attended transfer when the call is transferred you get the extension details of the person who transferred the call and not the actual caller.

Any solution to this?
