FQDN binding problem

Hello Dear Support,
I have a problem with FQDN.
Unable to bind FQDN to license. When I try to bind the FQDN, I get the error "This FQDN is already in use. Please select a different name." This name was taken by our license, but it was changed to another one, now we need to return it back. Can you help with this?

Hi @Ha11e1uJah,

Have you already tried releasing the FQDN from the key? Log in to your Customer Portal and navigate to Subscriptions then find your key and click the burger menu, More >> FQDN release. Try again after this.
