FQDN not available after trial

Hello,

I used a FQDN on a trial a few months ago, this has expired and no longer shows in our portal.

Today, i have gone to setup the production system where i'd like to use the same FQDN but it is saying this is not available.

Is there a particular amount of time required for the FQDN to be released, or a way to get this pushed through?
