Hi All. I Keep having this weird issue where my AWS instance will randomly appear to be offline (But is actually still servicing calls - Just no extensions are able to connect and I can't connect to web interface).
Upon further inspection, it appears instance manager keeps picking up some Random IP address i dont recognise as it's FQDN IP.

The Instance is set to report the correct static IP and the Licence is showing the correct IP as the Licenced IP. However instance manager shows an IPv4 address I don't recognise (also appears to be an AWS IP But not one in my pool).... Anyone have any suggestions?

Ta.

Mike.

@TBUMike

Indeed I can see that your FQDN point to two different IPs ( I will not share this information here ).
One of these two is hosted by 3CX. Please send a deletion request for the hosting by 3CX instance by opening a support ticket with the information that you will find here or attach to the email your Certificate in order to verify you are the owner of this license key.
The Certificate you can find to your customer portal (end-user) and navigate to:
1) Click on the 'Subscriptions' left panel
2) Select the license key
3) In the 'License key details' panel there is a button called 'Download Certificate'.

Ah-Ha. I thought it would be something like that - I did actually 'Migrate' that licence over from the hosted platform... I have sent the request now. Thanks for you help Dimitris.

Indeed we received the ticket and we proceeded with the deletion. Now it points to the correct IP.
