FQDN request upon 3CX services start up

I have recently moved an installation between two different VPS providers and the installation on the new VPS is working as it should.
The old VPS is currently turned off but I need to re-activate it but without it then trying to update the FQDN to point back to the old IP.
Is there a firewall rule on the old VPS I could implement to block any request from the installation trying to update the FQDN?

It has to talk to the activation server during installation or you wont be able to progress.

All you can do really is restart services on actual PBX to flick the DNS back to correct one.

@ABC_AB Can you just block all outbound? You probably don't want it connecting to the SIP provider either.
