Free 3CX with Fanvil V64 and single Twilio elastic SIP trunk - one way audio

Free 3CX installed with one user on Fanvil V64 set and Twilio SIP trunk with single phone number. Can receive calls OK; If making a call out of local area there is a one-way talk path where they cannot hear the party they called - the called party can hear the 3CX user OK.

Seems to work OK on some numbers, but not on others.

Works OK 100% on mobile application.

Does this indicate a firewall issue? Some of the failed calls in Twilio do not offer a PCAP option to see what happened.

How is the phone provisioned? Do you have a firewall in front of the phone? You can make a capture on the phone it self and investigate that way or on the firewall in front of the phone and see if RTP is coming and going normally.
