Hi all,
I recently provisioned a yealink t34w and it seemed to provision fine and got the 3CX logo screensaver etc, but I was waiting for a DID from a SIP provider. I done a firmware update as part of troubleshooting but now I'm unable to get the device to auto provision again. I keep getting Config Updating! / Config Skipped.
I'm currently seeing this in the logs.
RPS request for Yealink (MAC:Address) IP Phone of NAME delivered successfully
SIP request (REGISTER) from IP address was rejected. Reason: Block WAN requests is ON.
Any help would be greatly appreciated if anyone has came across this before.
