Free SMB 20 licenses

I finally may have an option to use one of these licenses as I was talking to a client who wants a "free phone system"!
So I just basically spin one of these up on LightSail and apply the license as they do also want actual desk and cordless handsets. Also, how does the licensing work? I believe that it was free for the end user for 12 months, what happens after that?

I was referring to the two SMB 20 licenses we were given last year:

SMB/Free license can you used to install an independent server as this license is for the instances that are running on an existing 3CX System which is in a way shared and limited. You will only have access to your department and the users that you will add and administer along with the Queues/IVR/Trunks and other options that are there visible.

OK, so these are already ready set up and just need activating and setting up, and are only limited in functionality and not available for any of my clients to use?

No, you can use them for your clients, but you can't manage all the PBX itself.
Give it a try so you can understand more.

SMB and Free are only 3CX hosting. They are departments on a shared server. For instance one cannot choose extension numbers.
