Solved Fresh 3CX Install - Password Set Link Expired & IP Has Been Blacklisted

Hi All,
I have just installed a fresh installation for 3CX but having some issues that i've not previously encountered. - This is my second reinstall with this error

First issue is when fresh set up is complete - Password Set Link is expired and im unable to reset or sign in with any credentials



Second Issue - Im now getting an error that the IP has been blacklisted when trying to sign in (possibly trying to many times to sign in cause the password link expired???! )



Do i need to set up the DNS split zone / Firewall before these will work?

Seems like the time out for IP has ran out and i'm able to try and sign in now.

Although I still can't set the password, link is expired and password reset isnt working.

Expiry is 24 hours so if thats happened, the link wouldnt work.
Are you on the same LAN as the PBX? Have you tried to go to https://internalip and then forget password?

Heya, link expired straight after the fresh install - maybe 5-10minutes after the installation.

Seems bizzare. Is date/time correctly set up on your server.

Appreciate that - password reset link works if i replace FQDN with Internal ip.

Then you will need to configure split DNS.

This has been done now just running the firewall checker.
