Frizbox via proxy manager to 3cx

Hello,

I am trying to configure for a remote site a fritzbox as a sip client using the proxy manager to 3cx

1) Installed and configured proxy manager and 3CX, works
2) installed 3CX phone on remote pc, configured it to connect over the proxy, works
3) configured Friztbox sip account to 3xc to connect over the proxy, failed

Unable to register

Can anyone who used this configuration tell me how to define the sip client in the fritzbox
I used the same configuration as in the 3cx client

Not sure if it will help, but going in the other direction, I found that the only way to persuade 3CX to register with the Fritzbox, even though the FB on my network has a proper hostname, was to use the IP address.

So, if you are using hostnames, you might want to consider using IP addresses in the Fritzbox UI instead.

Hello,

Id did put in ip adresses instead of hostnames.
When the fritzbox is connected localy it works without a problem.
The only difference in te configuration on the Friztbox on the remote site is the proxy server entry
