Solved FTP Outbound on Hosted Instance

Hello,
We have been using the FTP option to get backups offsite for our on-prem 3CX clients. When we started deploying 3CX using the Hosted by 3CX option, we continued do the same with no issue until yesterday. I setup a new instance yesterday and it will not connect to the same FTP server that other other Hosted by 3CX instances do. It won't even make an attempt at a connection according to our FTP logs, I'm not able to see or troubleshoot connectivity because we don't have the Terminal option any longer.

Has anyone had this problem?

@Jason Aday please note that on your Hosted by 3CX PBX, you have the option to tshoot without terminal access.
You may open 2 tabs of the PBX, 1 have wireshark and one to make your backup.
Start wireshark, trigger your backup and then you will have all the outbound packets from the PBX to your FTP.
Also PBX Support files in Verbose mode can give you information and specifically System Service logs for Schedules backups and Management Console logs for on demand backups.
