Hello. I want to ask about the Function Key. I did some edits and applied but after 24 hours it's lost. Please help me to solve this problem

Hi there.
If you have provisioned the phone, you should do the configuration in the PBX settings (USers >> BLF tab) and not directly on the phone, as every 24 hours the phone gets reprovisioned and that is why you no longer see those settings manually.
So once you set the settings, go to the Phone section, select your phone and click reprovision
