Hi support

V18 U9

I've got a Q which prepends 444 for QCB with the associated outbound rule to remove the 3 digits.

However, when I pull a failed QCB report I get the following info.

If I do a search for these numbers you'll see it's prepending the 444 twice resulting in a failed QCB.

Why is it doing this?

Hi there.
Does the call go through?
So your question if it's expecting to show the whole number including the prefix?

Hi Oleg,

the number dialling should be 444<number> not 444444<number>

there is no outbound rule for 444444 as this is not expected.

calls are failing because its trying to dial out 444444 and not matching out outbound rule.

Do you by any chance have E164 on, can you try and disable it.

Hi Oleg,

yes this is on but wouldnt that only prepend 44 not 444 if replacing the 0?

It also doesnt happen on all QCB calls.

No sure exactly, can you give a try and disable it, to see the outcome in your case?
Also for your trunk, you have E164 settings there, turn them off too

Hi Oleg,

I turned it off but it's still prepending 444 twice.

Will you be able to open the ticket so that we can look into the logs?

Thank you. I have got back to you just now.
