Elastix was my go to system for over 10 years on the 100's of ip/pbx installs I have done. Sad to see it not being updated now more 
I installed 3cx, Gotta say it went really smooth and worked like a charm so kudos
Now that being said, I was looking to use this software to be a front end admin panel for the voice channels and conferences for the backend of the video games on my network.
Do you guys think this solution would scale to say min 50k active users on serious set up using digital ocean set up ? Could the database handle the creation and deletion of continues conferences for rounds inside video games ? I am defiantly using this for my premium trader network for marketing, But I was thinking to use it network wide for my game halls and also live games.
