Hi, I'm in the process of changing my ISP. Connectivity is all working as expected with the new ISP. On the latest v20 build (debian).

The problem I'm facing is one way audio. I have changed my public IP on 3CX and this has passed the firewall tests. 3CX DNS has updated correctly and my softclients are connecting ok.

I'm using Gamma (UK) and my SIP trunk was configured by the template. I've updated the "Public IP in SIP via header" to my new public IP. Can dial out but having 1 way audio issues on outgoing calls and incoming calls are dropping beciase "it was not acknowledged in time". Doing a capture, I can see that the SIP packet is telling the SBC to use the old public IP address:
Contact URI: sip:[email protected]:5060 << old IP address

I've checked every part of the admin console and there is no reference of the old IP anywhere.

I've downloaded the support files and can see in the xml file under <VoipProvider> there is an entry called <SpecifiedIPForRegistrationContact> which has the old public IP address. How do I edit this?

For testing, I created a fresh new SIP trunk with the new IP and this worked with 2way audio. The problem here is none of the DDIs are attached to it. Whilst I could import, I would rather not as if we lose our internet connection, I have a backup IP connection with a different public IP address so, for testing, we may do this every few months or so.

Ok, so looking around the forums, I'm beginning to see that this is an issue with v20 not having the same level as options as v18 and others are experiencing similar issues with other fields. This doc shows v18 had an option to edit the ContactUri field.

I have tried setting up a second trunk with all the DDIs in it, manually edited a user and added them to the duplicated DDI but this doesn't work. It seems to break all incoming calls. Have I really got to delete my trunk, add a new one and then go through all my users and reassign the DDI??
