GDS3705 Grandstream firmware 3cx v20 unsupported

Hello,



I have GDS3705 Grandstream with the latest firmware 1.0.3.11 but i have a message it says 1.0.3.11 (1.0.1.6 is available)

the doorphones seems not to working well with the shipped firmware 1.0.3.11 (stuck many times per day, buttons not fuctioning, delay to answer a call and to open the door)

I cant downgrade using grandstream firmware update tool.

Anyone have same issues ?

Thank you ! The problem is that the device came with a newer firmware that is 3cx compatible, but know i cant downgrade to a compatible (prior - older firmware)
