Unsupported Get iPhone status available via BLF etc.

Hi!

I really would like to see the app monitor the cell-phone status. E.g. if someone is using his phone via the "classic" call it sould be possible for the app to get that notified and report the phone as "In call" to the other members and via BLF information. As far as I know you can monitor that somehow as - if you are already in an active celluar call - you get the knock information.

That would really be a killer feature...

Not possible - has been discussed here over past years, cannot be done.

As I have not found the according discussion: is that an iOS problem and can that be resolved on Android or is it impossible at all?

It would mean the 3CX client be a system service monitoring reliably 24/7 other apps calls while having a non-interruptible connection with the PBX during its activity. It would be a device controlling the status of the whole extension. A single glitch in its functionality could render the whole extension as busy/dnd, therefore unable to receive 3CX calls until you will observe the malfunction and correct it.
