for the different chat / messaging options would you be able to add some text inside the logos to make it clear what option is what?
eg. add "SMS" inside the logo for text messaging. I'm not sure which is which so my customers definitely will not know either.

Twilio definitely supports MMS. I've had it working with textable.app. I'm glad that at least SMS is available from within the same 3CX app and we don't have to use a separate app (textable.app) for messaging clients. But, would be nice if 3CX can let us know if MMS support is in the works.

Just out of curiosity; Any plans to integrate with Whatsapp for Business?

I have a client ready to switch to 3CX, but requires MMS. Any idea on when MMS will be supported when using Twilio?

I wasn't sure if I should post this here or ideas or clients, .....

Anyway. We are pretty excited about the new SMS.

Two suggestions
- The option to set a 'signature' block on outgoing SMS messages to help the outside recipient recognize who is sending them a text message (ala CNAM).
- A blocked number list since we are already getting repeated text messages to our business number that are not intended for us (bad addresses).
