Getting calls record generated but call journaling not working

I have integrated HubSpot and 3cx. I am getting the call record generated in the HubSpot call object but the contact call logs are not getting generated automatically. I have set up the call journaling from the 3cx side and also created the connected app according to the following documentation. What can be the possible reason?

What do you mean by the "call record generated" but not "call logs"?

Usually, the call record is associated to the company or contact if a match was found.

In HubSpot after making a call through 3cx: data is getting generated in calls object of HubSpot but, it is not getting reflected in the associated contacts activities(call logs)

That means the call log isn't getting associated properly I'm guessing. The thing is, it shouldn't create the call object if it didn't match a contact or something.

Not getting reflected here in activities as a call log, but it is working fine in the calls object and displays call and all the details

Is it associated to the contact correctly?

First of all you need to ensure that the email of the extension is the same as the email of the agent configured in the CRM:

Then please note that the call journal will be reported as an activity in the contact, can you please check in the contact?
