When making an outgoing call from 3CX (on premise with SIP trunk, system version 18.0 update 9 build 31 on linux), we got a female voice message saying "The number you dialed is not in service". That message is from the phone company. When we try to call this same phone number from a cellular or even from skype, the call works, we can reach the caller's IVR.
This happens only on rear occasion, but always with the same 2 local numbers. It seems that for these two numbers the dialed number is not what we send out. That is just my guess. I have no proof of that.
