Getting "This Licence is Disabled or replaced" error

Hi

We had 3cx hosting 4SC Pro licence v20 which was working fine, but needed to changed the FQDN, as per the instructions on forum, we deleted the instance and recreated a new one, however now when we try to enter the licence all we are getting is "The installed license key cannot be replaced with this key because the key is disabled or has already been replaced. "

Is there a way to resolve this issue ?

You deleted the key, not only the instance... Is the key still in your portal?
