Ghost Phones on Phones Menu

I have 2 UNKNOWN "ghost" phones appearing in my phones listing. These phones are already configured and working correctly, they are listed below the UNKNOWN ones. These ghost phones are always diplayed.

There is a way to delete these entry from the list?

Hi,

There is no option to "Delete" the Unknown Phone Entries, the "Phones" Module provides you with Information on who's registered on your PBX.
For your own security reasons i think it would be best if you as the System Admin knew who's registered on your PBX, that is the role of the "Phones" module after all.

It can happen that some phones cannot be successfully recognized.
Can you specify what phones you are using? Model / Make?
