Unsupported Gigaset maxwell 3 Pro

Hi,
is there anyone that had tried to use a Gigaset Maxwell 3 pro with 3cx?

I have found a template made by Gigaset that allows to provisionin the telephone directly from 3cx

External call are coming but no ringtone is ringing you can only see the message on telephone display. If I try to configure it manually then telepohone call are mute if them are coming from outside instead if you call an external number the calls are ok both directions.

I have my 3cx on a cloud machine obtained directly from 18 iso file and sbc in my customer office. both version are 18 update 2.

Unfortunately, using unsupported phones with 3CX can either be very easy, or very painful. In your case, I would start by running verbose logs and a packet capture while doing some test calls. This way, you can at least see if the call reaches the device.

I would still strongly suggest you buy a supported model instead, just to avoid issues, specially when updating 3CX or the device firmware.

If external incoming calls are showing on the sets display, but there is no audible ringtone, then that would suggest a setting (option?), is not correct, on the device itself. Do internal calls ring?

If the sets shows a call, then 3CX has done it's job, and sent an Invite.
