Gigaset N510 and 3CX v20

I have a few Gigaset N510 DECT systems on external locations, I have been using SBC for those phones. After we updated to version 20 we can't select "Connect via SBC / router phone" any more.

Is this something you will fix or do I have to go to our customers and tell them that 3CX has stopped supporting the DECT system and they have to invest in new DECT cells/DECT system.

Hi,

These older models are only supported on LAN going forward so you cannot add new ones. This is because they do not support modern TLS and can only provision over plain http.

Alternatively, you can configure it manually by entering the server, sbc, and account information into the device and it should still work.
