GIGASET N670 IP PRO PROVISIONING

i have followed every step on the 3cx config for the above,

however when checking the event file i am getting the following messasge

Provisioning file /provisioning/5e3vytkec1ugez/589EC65F9E93.xml requested by 157.**.**.**** could not be generated

How are you trying to provision the Base? Is it STUN?
