Hi @Rabar.Ridha,

While the device is unsupported you can use the search function of the forum to find previous posts with regards to GOIP4 connectivity. I urge you to have a look as many have been resolved.

Thanks for your response; I, too, have khomp, but I'm having the same issue; I've configured four lines to four sip, each with a different prefex. when i call to the line it goes to dedicaed sip correctly but when i call from sip to out, all calls from sip are going to line one. i want to separate sip 1 to line 1, sip2 to line2 etc.

could you help me please.

If the 3CX outbound rules are correctly routing each call to the correct trunk, but, the GSM gateway is not honouring that selection, and continues to send the calls out on the first SIM, then you have not correctly split the gateway into 4 individual trunks. Not being familiar with the model, i don't know how they accomplish that. It may be done using the port, or by routing calls, using a prefix, attached to the number. Incoming calls must also be directed to the correct trunk.

Review the gateway settings.
