Good VOIP Cable test equipment

I am looking for recommendations on a good cable tester for my VOIP installs. I am currently looking at the Fluke CableIQ, but have not decided yet.

I am tired of going onsite after being assured the cables are good, finding a few bad ones. Just kills time.

Any suggestions are appreciated.
