Google Drive backups failing since last week

Hello

Since last week I get this error message via mail after each sheduled backup:
3CX Phone System tried to backup but failed due to the following reason(s):
The service drive has thrown an exception: Google.GoogleApiException: Google.Apis.Requests.RequestError
Rate Limit Exceeded [403]
Errors [
Message[Rate Limit Exceeded] Location[ - ] Reason[rateLimitExceeded] Domain[usageLimits]
]

bij GoogleDriveImpl.GdFolder.DoGetFiles(String type)
bij GoogleDriveImpl.GdFolder.DeleteFile(String name)
bij _3cxBackupRestoreImpl.BackupRestoreUtils.Backup(IFilesystem filesystem, String instanceId, String cfgPath, String dbConnectionString, BackupConfig options, String fullpathFilename, Boolean sendEmail)
bij BackupRestoreSchedule.BackupJob.Execute(IJobExecutionContext context)

Please tell me, what version of the PBX are you running?(Dashboard(Information) next to the license field)

This looks more like a network or service wise error. Does it happen every time, can it be replicated at will?

Thanks for your quick reply. You can see my version and license here:

The last succesful backup was 11 May, since then, no backup succeeded.
I tried to force a manual backup, and that seems to work. However passed 3 automated backups did not.

thanks for the info. At this time i would monitor and when it happens again we shall look into it further. In the meantime you could contact google too to see if there's an issue/misconfiguration on their side
