GPR 2613 Constant Ringing

For no apparent reason and random times a phone will start ringing. Its a constant ring, no phone call coming in. You can pick up the handset and hear the ring, you can put on DND and hear the ringing. The only thing that stops. A reboot will not fix the issue.

Performed a factory reset on the device which did clear. Happens to random phones at random times. Looking for some assistance

I must say that we have the entire GRP series here in our test lab and they have never exhibited this behavior. I imagine you have also installed these phones in other locations, and this does not happen in the other locations. If so, then there may be something on the specific network that could be causing this...

You sure this is not a PoE power starvation issue? Or perhaps something in the network sending the phones malformed SIP messages?
