Read our guide on how to configure a SIP Trunk / VoIP Provider. This covers the generic steps required to configure a trunk with 3CX. Take note of the below special configuration requirements for Gradwell:
- Enter the main trunk number in national format (e.g. 07975777666).
- You can only present numbers associated with your account as Outbound Caller ID.
- Requires Public Static IP.
- Gradwell may provide you with an authentication ID and password for authenticating outbound calls. Add the authentication ID and password in the trunk settings but leave the trunk authentication method to “Do not require - IP Based”.
