Is there a way to map the DID's onto the buttons? We want to be able to see what direct number the call is coming in on.

No you can't do what you say.

BUT, you can enable the "Prepend/Append DID/IVR/Queue/Ring group Name" under Advanced -> Contacts -> Options. This way, the DID inbound rule name can be prepended or appended to the CID of an incoming call.
