Grandstream and Sangoma Equipment

Hi Folks,
I have a client who recently shut down operations and left me with some GrandStream and Sangoma gear from their 3CX system. They provided me with the following:
4 x Grandstream GXP-2100 IP Sets
1 x Grandstream GXV-3140 IP Set
1 x Grandstream GXV-3175 IP Set
1 x Sangoma A200 PCI-Express Analog card with Hardware EC
2 X Sangoma A200 2-Port FXO Module
