Grandstream GXP1620 extension rings itself

Moving our phone system from Elastix 2.5 and needless to say this has been painful at best.

I can't seem to figure out how to downgrade the firmware on the phone, I am running a tftp server. The phone just continues to ring itself. Shouldn't the provisioning URL give the phone the correct firmware from the server?

You have to put your phone on the 3cx supported firmware and use the new 3cx template. If your firmware is older than 1.0.4.105 then this problem will happen.
