Solved Grandstream GXP1630 failure after upgrade to 3CX 18.0

After upgrade to version 18 all our phones (Grandstream GXP1630) are experiencing various issues:

• Only two lines are available on the phone, for some strange reason the third button on upper left became the first BLF. All buttons seems shifted up by one position.
• Line buttons are not working.
• BLF buttons are not working.
• It's impossible to make a call (line failed).
• During an ingoing call it's impossible to restore the call after having put it on hold (telephone unresponsive).

We are using all standard options, no custom templates and no other custom options. Before the upgrade everything worked as expected. We are on an hosted instance of 3CX with a PRO licence.

Someone is experiencing a similar problem? Do you have any suggestion?

Assigning the first BLF as a Line Key and then reprovisioning should fix that for you.
