Grandstream GXP2020 provisioning

Hello,
I've just inastalled the 3CX pbx on a win 2008 server and now i'm trying to configure our IP phones but I cannot find the GXP2020 model in the phones list. There aren't Grandstream phones in the list box
Are these phones supported?

GS is no longer officially supported.

Having said that, you can: a) still manually provision the phones as they are SIP compliant and will still function or, b) obtain the templates directly from GS and install them yourself and then proceed onward as before.

And as that old saying goes, "current results are not indicative of future performance". While I know of no plans by 3CX to further thwart the use of GS, this does not mean that any future features that they (3CX) develop will be supported on the GS phones.
