I have been trying to set up Grandstream voip gateway for pstn with the 3cx server. Had followed the exact sequence and screenshots given at 3cx website for both the sip server and grandstream gateway. i.e. I entered the same authentication id and password in both sip server and gateway. Further, I also made the sip user id and authenticate id in the gw as same as the internal number (of pstn) configured in 3cx server.
Yet the gw is not registering with sip server and I am not able to make any incoming/outgoing calls.
Would appreciate any help in this regard.
